  • ¼ cup raw oats

  • ½ cup egg whites 

Mix all the ingredients together and cook the same way as above. This will be a filling breakfast packed with whole grain oats and a few sources of protein.

Vanilla Caramel Protein Crepes

For this, you’ll need:

  • ⅔ cup ground oats 
  • 2 scoops vanilla caramel protein powder 
  • 1 cup almond milk 
  • 1 pinch table salt 
  • 2 egg whites 
  • 1½ tsp coconut oil 

Then you guessed it: mix and cook the same as above. These will give you a satisfying vanilla caramel flavor and be a thinner consistency to the fluffier pancakes above. So the cooking time may be shorter.
